August	Fall semester begins – *Email Template 1: Start of Semester Email*
September	Send reminder email to faculty regarding graduating seniors and applying to graduate and submit final plans of study – *Email Template 5: Final Plan of Study Template for Faculty* Begin mandatory advising (Target start date: Oct. 1) – *Email Template 4: Mandatory Advising*
October	Spring and Winter registration begins Mandatory advising continues through mid-November
November	FYI – Consider curriculum changes for the catalog deadline (early December). If needed, propose to faculty and submit to department and school-level Courses + Curriculum Committees (C&C)
December	Fall semester ends and final grades are posted.
January	Spring semester begins – *Email Template 1: Start of Semester Email* Reminder email to graduating seniors and applying to graduate and submit final plans of study – *Email Template 5: Final Plan of Study Template for Faculty* and *Final Plan of Study Hand-out for graduating seniors* *Final Plan of Study Cheat Sheet for Faculty*
February	Begin Fall mandatory advising (Target State Date: end of February) – *Email Template 4: Mandatory Advising* FYI – Preliminary Plan of Study email sent to students (sent by Director of Advising)
March	Summer and Fall registration begins Mandatory advising continues through mid-April.
April	FYI – Advising team notifies anticipated fall graduates to submit final plans of study.
May	Spring semester ends and final grades posted.
